    At this point they are mainly just trying to beat each other down for marketing purposes and don't care about the patents that may or may not be relevant.

    Here's a thought - STOP FIGHTING AND LET IT GO ALREADY JUST MAKE PRODUCTS AND WHO CARES IF YOU COPIED SOME DESIGNS. Sorry I had to do that this is too much it's like 2012 end of the world and Samsung won - then iPads and iPhones are banned for good.

    Tell me about it - those never prove nothing even if Samsung says "You copied our tablet with that iPad." Apple is saying "Nope you copied from us!"
