Why on earth do we have to pay £12.99 or ($27.00) when our friends over the water have to pay only $20.00!

Personally it'll be a cold day in hell before i pay another penny to apple! I'll stick with my 1.1.2 with all the 3rd party apps. The only thing im really intereted in is the maps and no doubt somone will find a way to import them into the 1.1.2 firmware.

    So apple go f*ck yourself!

During the week there Apple were made to lower the price of iTunes songs in Europe, then they go trying to rip people off again. 1.1.1 ftw

That's why I travelled all the way to SF to pay $399 instead of £269 of €399

i agree, we have this problem every single time, music, tv shows, soon to be movies. I think the reason is that US have a lower minimum wage so their prices are less. Probsbly laws and tax n shiz in UK.

"Apple has announced that it will cut the price it charges for music downloads in the UK from its iTunes music store within the next six months." LOL

You can already put Maps on 1.1.2 jailbroken software, it takes less than 3 minutes and you'll have all the apple apps, look in the other section that tells you all the sources for installer, theres a source that has all the 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 apple apps

Except without the 'find me now' thing. Which doesn't seem to work in the UK yet so screw that.
