First I'm not sure if this is where I should post this, but oh well.
So I had my iPhone next to my iPod and thought, which one has a louder speaker (iPhone won) but in the process I listened through the same song at the same time. And two or three different times my iPod would get a tad ahead of my phone, but I'd hit pause and play twice on my iPod and once on my phone and it'd get back on track together. Any guess why it would get ahead though??

Timers are off on either the iPod, iPhone, or both. You can't be perfect with time, and this will cause separation in syncing... All devices are off a little with clocks (even actual clocks are too

So it was exactly the same file? Not just the same song?
