    If it does... Not cool.

    If this passes "voiding you warranty" with a jailbreak could land you in jail and/or finned.

    Who knows what it will do to the jailbreaking scene? Devs might call it quits in fear of fines and jail time.

    If it's made illegal I'll never by another Apple product. I would have lost all of my already dwindling respect for Apple.

    And those other not so legal iphone,ipad,ipod touch related forums would suddenly have a sh*t load of new members. Good job Apple....
