The simplist downgrade method?

    help.

    yes Ive searched, and ive seen like 6 different downgrade to 1.1.1 options.

    recommendations to downgrading an unbroken 1.1.2 ipod touch?

    no there isnt.

    at least not for units that are 1.1.2 and unbroken

    Easiest way is to get the firmware you want and Shift Click restore on iTunes.

    Do you know where on the apple website I can download the 1.1.1 firmware?

    maybe you already have the firmware on your hard disk. I don't know for mac but if you use a pc check the hidden file :C:\Documents and Settings\"your name"\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPod Software Updates\

    if you are lucky you might have the 1.1.1 firmware file.

    Better way to downgrade is hold SHIFT and click on CHECK ON UPDATE

    You need the ipsw file first before you can do that!
