ok every time I refresh my sources on my itouch, it takes like 10 minutes to refresh. Do I have to many sources? I'm still running 1.1.1 Would that have an effect? I hate that the applications that I want a scattered in so many sources.

Yeah its because there are alot of sources. It may also be that some sources might be old and dead and that might cause some hangtime in the refresh. Get rid of some sources that you don't think you need.

That's what I thought too because mine took forever, then I had to reformat my iPod and i only added like 2 extra sources to installer once I jailbroke it again, and it still takes like 3 to 4 minutes to refresh. It definatly wasn't like that when i jailbroke it in December.

the hard part is deciding what sources to keep and what sources to get rid of.

well, some of those are temporarily unactive (such as the ROMs) I have to be careful what I get rid of. They should make a new feature in the next version of the installer that will tell you what applications belong to what sources in the sources menu. That would make the job much easier in deciding what to get rid of.

Yea but what about that one source that includes them all? If you get rid of that, you are screwed.
