It's true, but I'm not sure if they would/could release an update to change it. There was a really old discussion about this, but it's probably long gone by now.

I really don't care if it has a camera or not- it's not going to happen.
Speakers would be nice.
And some sort of new (and visible) hardware change... that is amazing. Not something stupid like giving it the iPhone's chromatic border.

I probably won't get it anyways, saving up for a nice Gibson Les Paul.

if there is a 64 gb model i think apple will wait a while before releasing like the 32 gb

what will keep me from buying a first gen one would be an SD slot. i would love to be able to view photos from my camera on my Touch when i get it like i used to do with my old pocket pc (but on a better display )
