I've got the Emulator up & running (thanks to ZiPhone & Total Command), but the controls seem a little clumsy (causing me to die. a lot. way too much) - could that be because of my screen protector, or more just because of my big thumb and the way the touchscreen works? (I'm not complaining really, I think it's awesome that someone was even able to do this, after all I didn't pay anything for the emulator)
ROM Location?? I have had the NES emulator up and running for a while now. Recently I updated my firmware from 1.1.1 to 1.1.4. When I SSH into my iPodTouch I notice the file structure is not the same. On 1.1.1 ROM's were placed in private/var/root/Media/ROMs/NES. On 1.1.4 I have no clue where the ROM's are to be place. I know you have to create a ROM's folder yourself, but where???????????
I had the same issue as some of the peeps here. At first in NES it didnt show any games I downloaded and put in the right folder. Turns out I had the zipped files in there. If you get the right files, and save them, unzip them and you should have the Game Name.nes. So Super Mario would be called Super Mario.nes. Some of you guys like me were used to using MAME where the files would be zipped. But not this NES for ipod touch apparently. Anyway, hope that helps some peeps.
Well I instaled the NES at my Touch the put the ROMs at the right folder and they are working ! But my only proleme is at saving the game if i play any game then it the roms botten its go back and ask to save and i hick YES but it saved nothing and if i try with auto-save it save anithing to ! Help here pleas probleme solved : put all the NES games with 777 and the FOLDER to at 777 (permission or what they call it)
