Is there a way to get those MP3s on your iTunes?

I think I may have missed something.

I fully understand if my question is of complete stupidity -.-

But I do ask that I get no smart remarks.

    I just want help -.-

Just take them off using your FTP or SSH client. Then put them on iTunes.

Actually, yes you can. Download a program called MNPlight, google it if you need to, onto your ipod, then open it, go to "Playlists" and under "Import music" type the filepath, or better yet, save the music to the default path, then hit "import" and voila, done. Unfortunately, it can't get the length of time of the song right, so it will always say you are on 0:00 of 0:00 in the song.

PS, works for all ipods and iphones.
