Ok, so i need people with experience.

I downloaded and am using the iCall application for the ipod touch.

However, I chose the free plan (free calling), and using it with quite success. However, they asked for mobile phone verification to (stop abuse of callers), and now when I call someone it shows my cell's phone number. (caller ID)

Will making calls over IP cost me? Since they have my number, name, zip code?

Yes it will. Your paying for the internet? It uses VOIP so it makes calls over the internet.

i mean, will they charge my mobile number? (add to my end-of-the-month bill)?

If i am using the university's wifi, it should be completely free right?

I am pretty sure they don't charge your phone if you link your phone number. I use it and I have an unlimited plan on my Aunt's family plan so I wouldn't know if it's charging till the end of the month.

No i don't think they charge you, they don't charge me. On my friends iPod I used SpoofCard and faked a number...
