    NOOOOOOOO! I love aim. I use it all the time still. (not the newest version it's butt ugly). If they go away I will be upset :(

    I still use msn yo. I don't use facebook because I hate it, the stand alone instant messengers are much better than crap like that.

    They completely ruined AIM in the new version. I've always had AIM always on. In the past three years or so I've really only used the AIM protocol to talk to three good friends that still use the service as well. The bigger reason I've used AIM these past years is the Facebook integration. I find it much better than the web version of Facebook Chat.

    The new version of AIM doesn't even tell you if someone is mobile. Just tells you they are online. So I can message someone thinking they are online and it gives them a text message at 1am. It's completely stupid. AIM was always great to know who's actually on their computer. Even the firewall abuser Skype tells you when someone is mobile.....

    I used to want AOL so badly because on nickolodian they would always say "AOL keyword Nick" then I tried sticking the disk in my computer and it got messed up. Then in elementary and middle school EVERYONE used AIM all the time.
