You'll have to use the upgrade on the computer that you purchased Firmware 2.0 on, due to Digital Rights Management.

I have 2 Ipod Touch's in the family...same house...kids... Do i have to buy 2 updates and buy 2 apps at a time? Currently we share the same music no problem that we buy on iTunes...will the same go for the apps? Please advise.
    Thanks

You'll have to purchase two seperate Firmware 2.0 upgrades, due to Digital Rights Management, although for applications you can make one purchase and share the applications amongst your family.

Is there a way to delete applications downloaded on the iPhone/iPod touch from iTunes?

    Ah I can't wait.

Are there any indications about what good old free apps work on the new firmware yet? I really can't wait to have a mix of my regular installer apps with app store apps on my ipod touch :)

Can you maybe also include everything else that 2.0 has? like the thing with the calculator, screenshot, the new thing with the mail, saving pics from safari and whatever else it might have cuz i dont know if that's everything new or not

I don't believe so, at this time. When a jailbreak is released, I'm sure you'll be able to delete the application through SSH by deleting the application folder in /Applications/

Do you mean applications that will be available through the Firmware 2.0 jailbreak? I don't know if any applications have been developed for Firmware 2.0.

Is there a way to get apps bought/downloaded from the iPhone/iPod touch to appear in the "Applications" part of iTunes? Because only apps I got on iTunes show up on it, not the ones from the iPod, even though both downloaded from iTunes and my iPod work on my iPod.
