    My best friend works for RiM. He's upper managment. I think his job may be safe, if not, he can get a job pretty much anywhere in his field if need be.

    Yeah. It's pretty much a Android vs iOS market now. Apple, Google, HTC, and Samsung are the greats of the area.

    Nope.

    Apple doesn't need to innovate because they're continuing to gain customers. RIM is losing customers, they need to innovate. Just like Windows did with Windows phone 7, Windows 8, and their new tablets.

    Yeah, and Apple is slowly innovating, adding new features with every major upgrade. What I meant was Apple doesn't need to innovate fast. RIM on the other hand, does.
