I figured this out not too long ago and it is extremely easy and has nothing to do with iTunes.

    1. Open your FTP Program.

    2. Open Media folder, then TTR Folder.
From here you go to Music.

    3. Now you can take any songs you want and drag them in this folder.
Make sure that if it is not already named properly to name it correctly. Example: Artist Name - Song Title.mp3
(The songs must be in a folder somewhere on your desktop so you can drag them in to FTP.)

    4. After file is done uploading go into TTR and then to Downloaded Tracks.
The songs you placed in your Music folder should be there, but after the song it should say (rec) to the right of the song. (I will attach a photo showing this)

    5. Go to the song and tap the beat just as if you were creating a beat normally.

    6. After the song is finished go back to Downloaded Tracks.
The song should be there but without the (rec) after it.

    7. Your song is now saved onto your iPod and you may play it whenever you wish without WiFi and you can still send scores to the internet when you are connected to see the scores from other players.

    Enjoy your new taps!

I just tried it but TTR crashed right when I clicked on it after I uploaded it to my iPod. I can't get it to work.
