Does anyone know about how to persuade a genius in the best possible way to let me exchange my ipod touch that I got like 2 weeks ago from my university campus, because I jus realized from turning the brightness all the way to max, and watched a video in the dark, i had like 5-6 stuck pixels, i thought i had only one bright one, but found like 4-5 other small red/whitish ones.

    Thanks in advance

so i guess you guys dont recommend bringing it in? those methods dont seem too reliable...pushing against the glass? i dont wanna crack it...its not an lcd monitor...ive tried those methods on my psp and it made even more stuck pixels...

uhhh ok been there done that...saw the sticky before i started the thread...if you've read it, you can notice about half of the people who posted in there stated that it didn't even work. That's why I'm askin if anyone ever had experience talkin to a genius with a smooth sailing exchange.
