    Yeah, apple seriously needs to redo its standards/guidelines for accepting apps =/

    Shush you. I think it's despicable that Apple could only be accepting these porn apps because they get a cut of the profits - And they know how many people would pay for a porn app on their phone.

    First of all, Google Voice doesn't use Vo-IP and is not even close to the same thing as Skype.

    Second of all, the ninjawords developer seems to have failed to give Apple the benefit of the doubt in their leniency:

    Just correcting some of your "facts" there...

    But yes, Apple's approval process is very jacked up right now.

    Would you care to explain how Google Voice works then? I'm very certain they can't use cellular signals... so therefore it has to be Wifi and 3G, which is essentially VoIP.

    Google voice connects you by Google calling your phone via your real number, the other phone via the google voice number, and then connecting the two. It uses the internet only for signaling the data needed to initiate the call, and uses your normal phone minutes for the actual call, so AT&T is not even losing anything.

    If it was in the UK, I'd have taken more interest in it. I see how it works now though, very clever app.
