Well after unsuccessfully trying to jb with the other programs I thouht I'd give ol voltage a go. Well I get to the part where it has u install stuff before u can jailbreak. I do the first one it says I don't have and it installs it. All of the sudden my mouse keyboard and iPod are acting like they are disconnected. Hmmm great. I restart and get a bsod after telling windows to boot up normal. Bsod error: driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations.

Ok. I'll reboot in safe mode and do the good ol system restore. Safe mode boots up and I can't use my mouse or keyboard. Grand. Well I'm out of options here. Anyone have any ideas? I really need my comp this week I have so much homework...
    Thanks...and voltage-really?

You didn't read the instructions. I'm assuming you have Vista?

Do you have vista, if so you should've read the "Vista Steps".

I jailbroke with Voltage a while ago, on Vista 64 bit, and nothing happened.

It's how you install LibUSB, it's not Voltage's fault.

    Did you uninstall it?
If so, try reinstalling it using the Vista Method.

I can't do anything on my comp. I'm writing this from my touch. It won't start in normal mode and I can't use the mouse or keyboard in safe mode. What exactly did libusb do

Messed with your USB ports, if done right nothing bad happens, but if done wrong in Vista(XP and others don't have this problem) nothing should happen.

    It's LibUSB's fault, not Voltage's.

To install it right, you should put it in compatibility with XP SP2 and run it as administrator.

reboot your computer, and the first screen should show an F key that takes you to system restore. then just go back 1 day before you installed LibUSB.
