So, with the release of Spirit, my dad was finally able to jailbreak this iPhone 3GS. Now I'm wondering if there's a free way for me to use his 3G connection from my iPod touch, for when we're in the car and whatnot.

    Thanks in advance.

There's an app called MyWi [link], that'll create a Wifi HotSpot with your dad's 3G connection so you can use it on your iPod Touch.

Not free, but I'll use that if I don't have any alternatives. Thanks.

Oh sorry, forgot you said free. There's PdaNet in Cydia. Apparently it does the same thing, but I don't know if it's free or not.

    Thanks, I'll check it out.

Edit--not free either, but thanks anyway.
