I've seen quite a few videos and don't know if I should do the tethered, semi-tethered, or untethered. If I do tethered, I have to hook it up every time...which is really annoying. If I do a semi-tethered, I hear that there are many bugs. And finally, a untethered one, which you have to wait for...maybe months...

So im wondering, which one would you do?

    Thanks!

Well, I jailbroke my 2G with the tethered and I haven't had an, REAL PROBLEMS, And if it freezes or crashes, I just reboot it using a reboot tool. It's worth it.

im a bit of an ipod noob when it comes to this so im waiting for untethered
  6. I'd say tethered. The semi-tethered looks a bit buggy and stuff/more complicate than the tethered one imo.

I was a complete noob to jailbreaking myself, never done it before, didn't know much about it. But i used cyw00ds GUI to help me with the tethered jb and it really was so easy. Took me 2 tries, but idk what happened the first time but no worries

You can always restore it to normal if you don't like it anyways. Plus, needing to reboot at the computer is not a huge problem. I haven't done it a long time, just make sure power never runs out & mine hasn't frozen on me at all since i jb so ^_^

And yeah, who knows if the untethered will ever come out, i'd just say tethered

There is no bricked iPod i tell you, i was also afraid about that, managed to screw up at manual tethered several times, nothing bad happened.
You should try Cyw00d's GUI, there is no noob who can't make it that way.
