The iPhone 3.0 software is built so that once you exceed your maximum of 11 pages the icons become hidden and the only way to access them is through spotlight. We can use this to our advantage by:

    1) Showing all of our apps
    2) Put 1 Blank webclip on the all the pages that you dont want apps on, excluding the last one.
(e.g. If you only want one page of apps then put it on pages 2 - 10)
    3) Then on the 11th page fill it completely with blank webclips (16)

This will mean that the blank webclips force all your apps on the the hidden pages (12 and beyond) yet they still can be accessed from spotlight.

*Note 1 - If you don't like the large amount of dots at the bottom of the screen then remember you can always download a winterboard theme off cydia that removes them.

*Note 2 - To have your apps hidden and in a categories folder all you have to do is: Put all the apps you want in folders into the categories folders. Then go onto poof and unhide them again. This will mean that the remain in their folders but also show on the springboard (So they can later be hidden on the 12, 13....etc pages)

    Thank you.
I am currently back on FW 2.2 at the moment so I cannot actually try it. Could one of you two (or anyone) please post back telling me if it works well enough to actually use?
