Type (In ear/Ear bud/Circumaural/Supra-aural): in ear
    Budget: around $80
Musical preference (What do you listen to?):soft Rock(3 doors down, maroon 5 etc), acoustic, Alternative
Headphones preference (Quite bassy, detailed, warm, bright, forward mids etc...): overall great sound, want detail rather than the bass.ususally like to listen to the vocals,so no bass heavy ones for me
    Any other details: noise canceling

Just a note. The construction on the ER-6i is a bit shaky at first sight. It's basically the driver in a plastic frame that is covered by shrink tubing. If you take good care of them, though, they should last you a while. Overall great pair of IEMs, but remember that you will be listening to the bass, not feeling it. Helps to get a few pairs of sleeves along with them.
