As most of you know, when plugging an iPad into a computer, depending on the ports, the iPad may refuse to charge and show "Not Charging" on the top right corner of the screen. This may be strange but I have found a way to get around this though I probably don't think I'm the first to find it:

    You need a Jailbroken iPad
1: Plug in your iPad to a USB port.

2: Check to see what it says on the top right corner. If it
says "Not Charging," continue with the instructions.

3: Reboot your iPad. (NOT respring, REBOOT)

4: The iPad should be in the glitched "iPod touch" mode.
Leave it. Check the top right corner. It should be
    charging albeit slowly.

Hopefully, this works for most users.

It still charges even when it says not charging.

Really? It dies when I leave it though.

Really. The "not charging" state means the device is not being charged at the moment. But if you leave it to sleep, it will charge.

Never seems to charge when I just leave it asleep. Good thing it has such a great battery.
