Is there any app you can get that lets you view currently running processes/apps and close them, like Windows Task Manager? Because last night my ipod froze up on me when I didn't have access to my computer to reboot it and I'm pretty certain it was because I had too many apps running. I know you can close an app by holding down the home button but it's hard to keep track of what's running sometimes.

SBSettings with Processes toggle should be what you want. ( if jailbroken )

Yeah, get either Free Memory or just get SBSettings with the Processes app.
