So I was just playing West Coast on medium and didn't miss a single note yet I only had a times 4 multiplier. How do I make that go up higher? What does it mean when it says revenge across the screen? And how do people get such high scores like 300,000 on that song when I didn't miss a note and only got 122,000?

Will I be able to get high scores too if I turn off the Arrow function? I don't like to shake my iPod that way though. Might fling out from my grasp LOL.

Yes. You are able to go into the settings of the game. The game just replaces the tilt/shake parts with regular tapping notes. To get to "Revenge Mode" though, you must tilt/shake it up.
