Anyways, My question which I'm having extreme trouble finding out right now, is how do I De-activate my apple account from buying things from the Appstore?

My password is EXTREMELY hard to just guess and everything but with me selling my iPod I don't feel safe having my account still visible. Also whenever the buyer goes to buy something from the Appstore he/she cannot buy anything because it isn't authorized under their account name. Its authorized under mine.

So How would I be able to delete my Apple ID from ever being on my iPod? I still want my apple Id to be active so I can use it for my new iPhone, I just don't want it to be on my current iPod Touch.

Maybe just change the account name completely and change the password and get rid of the billing information.

before syncing your iPod touch to your PC/mac, in iTunes, log out of your account, then sync, and it should de-activate it
