Ok so someone is getting rid of their iPhone 3G.
I want to buy it, but can you take the sim out?
I tried to google, but they all had the old iPhone.

    Thanks

Use a paperclip to open the sim tray at the top of the phone.. Put the paperclip through the hole to be more precise.

Not correct, if you want data on your iPhone 3Gg, you have to pay $30. That's the way it is for AT&T (30$ per iPhone). You could just convert whatever data plan you have to it if there's only one phone in the account.

    No, i dont want data.
I have no use for it.

I just dont wanna carry around a ipod in one pocket and a phone in the other.

    What i mean is,
If i put the sim from my phone in an iphone, and DONT use any data, do i still have to pay because its an iphone?
