What happens when I sync a jailbroken iPod Touch? Does it backup my jailbroken apps and also how can I restore it back to the way it was before I jailbroke it if I sync it jailbroken now?
    Thanks

You can't backup your jailbroken apps through iTunes, but everything else you can.

In order to backup applications, just copy everything in /Applications/ when you SSH.

You can use aptbackup (look for it in cydia) to backup your cydia apps

So if I sync my jailbroken iPod Touch now it wont back up anything that isn't supposed to be on the device like cydia. When I restore my iPod Touch and I want it to be in an unjailbroken state, I can still restore the most recent backup (when it was jailbroken) and it will just restore normally like it was never jailbroken? Not sure if this makes sense.
