Is it possible to sync music/albums , that was "downloaded from" other iTunes (friends) to my iPod Touch and then sync that to my own iTunes... more like copy between iTunes.. but with iPod in the middle...

sure there is a easier way but off hand
if you have a regular ipod could use sharepod to transfer songs to you pc/itunes and the jsut sink your touch with what you have transfered to your pc

    or maybe

Swaptunes located in installer " never used it so might want a second or third opinion"

i just do the first one since i have a ipod that i can run sharepod on

Problem is if your friend purchased them from iTunes, he'd have to give you his password to use his music on your computer - you're limited to the number of computers that can use the music. Course you could always remove the DRM using a tool like this http://www.noteburner.com/
