I got a big problem. I've got a virus and I needed to reformat my PC. Now I'm left with all my songs on a external HDD but I don't want to put them all on my iPOd. Because before the virus, my songs were separated. The ones i didn't like weren't on the iTunes library...So now can I add new songs without syncing all the crapy sh*t I don't like to listen to.

    Just put everything back on.

On your iPod's page in iTunes, check the box that only syncs the songs that are checked.

Go to your library, and check the songs you want.
    Problem solved.

Well I thought there might be a easier way haha...Cause this is a long long long way to do this when you have over 1 000 songs and you listen to only 600/

I have over 4000. Believe me it won't take that long. just scroll through the list and hold control or shift. It will go quickly. 5 mins tops.
