Hi. I'm really anxious to JB my iPhone 4, but I'm home and my work computer is my primary iTunes computer. After I JB I want to sync everything back, but am inpatient and don't want to wait until I'm back in the office next Tuesday. Is it possible to sync to a second computer, and back to the original at a later point? I searched, but there are no recent posts with confirmed working solutions. Thanks!
Yes, in the main iTunes window of your iPhone there should be a box labeled 'manually manage music and videos' this allows you to drag and drop music from multiple computers to the same iPhone without deleting the old files. You can't do this with apps, however, if you sync a few apps from one computer, when you get to the next computer you can right click the device in the left hand pane and select 'transfer purchases'. This will copy the apps to the current computer, and then you can sync them back. Hope this helps.
