Is there a way to sync my ipod touch history and bookmarks onto my computer for me to view?

Oh, I misread your question. Apple's definition of sync seems to be "computer to device", not vice versa. I have noticed this with Notes as well.

so there isn't really any way to do this?
Doesn't it put all your contacts on your computer?
Is there a way to just e-mail my safari (or other ipod touch browser) history?
