Ok so i wanted to create a symlink so that Mobile finder and Files can read the same place, with out adding the same folder twice so i wanted to creat a symlink between
    /private/var/mobile/Applications/6A4BCD0F-5BBE-4030-9F4B-F9916DB190D9/Documents
    ^ that is files
    and
    /private/var/mobile/Applications/0C8B264D-4C2E-4C1A-BAC3-576ACFE9B3D7/Documents
    that is mobile finder ^

i think that this will work if i can do it right, can anyone tell me if this will work and if i am doing it right, and also give me what i need to type into terminal to get it to work

    thanks

You'll need to do this through SSH, it's complicated, what you want to do.

What OS/SSH client will you be using?

It would just take a long time to type all that sh*t and figure out how to place the symlink....

Just open WinSCP to /private/var/mobile/Applications/0C8B264D-4C2E-4C1A-BAC3-576ACFE9B3D7/Documents, and right click, select "New", and the select "Link" In the top part, put OtherDocs, or whatever you want to call the link, and in the bottom, put /private/var/mobile/Applications/6A4BCD0F-5BBE-4030-9F4B-F9916DB190D9/Documents

Reboot iPod, open MobileFinder, and click the link file you just made from the MobileFinder documents page. It should pop you over to /private/var/mobile/Applications/6A4BCD0F-5BBE-4030-9F4B-F9916DB190D9/Documents
