So i'd like to start by saying i am absolutely clueless about hardware tech stuff, so if this was even possible i would only attempt with a guide.

I have both the iPod Touch 1G and 2G, my 1G's audio jack broke so i went out and bought a 2G. Basically the 2G is only better for the speakers, the shape, and the volume control button. However i have heard that the new processor inside the 2G is unjailbreakable.

Would it even be possible for me to open up my iPods, and swap the 1G processor into my 2G ipod or would it not even fit?

You cannot just "swap" processors, it's not like lego.
Without the new processor, the iPod 2G won't work.
