So I was originally running Danimator's customize and I decided to get wacky and upgrade to 2.0 so I did. Now I logged in all right and it was fine and whatnot the only thing is none of my theme packs are showing up. So I can SSH in and whatnot, i'm just wondering what i have to do to get my images and stuff into the correct folders for the new customize.

Should i uninstall and then reinstall the images or should I switch some folders around? Right now I have two folders in my mobile>library folder: Customize and Customize 2.

    So help me out people...please

The correct directory for Customize 2.0 is 'Customize2'.

So what should I do then? Should I delete the regular customize and then redownload all the image packs? Do I just click and drag all the files in the "customize" folder to the "customize 2" folder?

Customize 2.0 doesnt allow the ssh option anymore unless you change the plist files. You have to download from the customize app.
