Swap for a new one?

    So due to everyone having (mostly everyone) the light leak issue and i heard you can go to the apple store and swap yours out for a new one they just give you, would that work even if i ordered it online? i didn't buy the apple protection program on it but wouldn't the 90days cover this?

    you have a 1 year apple warranty jus go in say it bothers u and they replace it with refurbished one

    refurbished? why not new? id be surprised if there were any refurbished ones at my store because everyone is lazy in my town when it comes to getting off there ass and doing something

    I guess hes assuming since he has seen may be one, or two people report the issue here. Guess he knows them too.

    Not always the case. The appropriate thing do to HaloLordKiller3 is to check with the associates at the store. They would be the best ones to ask, if you are not happy with their answer, ask someone else or the General Manager. (GM would have the final say , as he/she is in charge of the store)

    I replaced mine twice. Finally got a good one. Both times I got a brand new iPod. How can they even have refurbs at this point? I doubt you'll have any problems getting it replaced.
