Well I found this really interesting and thought I might share it with you guys. Really amazes me how this developer even dared to make a clone of Flight Control and name it almost the same thing. Actually, what amazes me more is that Apple approved this.

incredible.. the App Store is a serious mess and will be it's own demise...

Here's my proposed solution to ApplEs flawed system... open up app checking to a global customer base system... i.e. allow interested parties (the customer base) to sign up on an App Store Review system and check newly submitted apps to ensure they are in line with Apple's acceptance policy. One app is checked by several different random people and in return they get that app for free and small remuneration which can be built up over time as redeemable App Store credit or paypal cash every quarter. These users will flag up inappropriate apps allowing the core App Store staff to concentrate resources and process new apps and updates faster. It's not rocket science, it just needs good organisation & management.

This is why the app store can't have nice things. Too many developers are scared they're idea will be ripped off and they won't make any money.

I had the same thought on several apps immitating the original "Labyrinth" game. But wow this is just ludicrous.

Oh dear... sad state of things. Apple, grow up!! It's high time you differentiate good dev and the bad. You reject Google voice app for AT&T and you accept crap like this
