if any of you guys have experience with themes on the touch and want to have a look at those images below, I'd appreciate it.

problem is, the screen cap from the touch shows, springboard is not using the dock as it is supposed to. you can see in the right picture how the dock should look like.

you can also see, springboard is not completely ignoring the custom dock, it looks like it's just appending the wallpaper (part of the glowing star is showing at the bottom at the border of the screen).

does anyone know why and how to fix this? the theme parts use all the right resolutions (as stated in the guide on this board), the dock is an png with alpha channel.

    thanks

make sure that your dock.png is in the theme's folder and that it is the corrent file format.

    /private/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/LBBronze

its in this folder together with the wallpaper (background image)

    there's a subfolder called Icons

this all works. the dock.png is saved with the same settings as everything else that works.

I noticed this on the Touch. It appears that the dock is disp;ayed a bit lower down than it should be if the theme was made for iphone. Haven't figured out a workaround yet.
