summerboard not working but i might have an alternative?

    ok so summerboard backrounds dont work?
    in the meantime before an upgrade
    does anyone have anyidea which .png in the directory
    /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app is the backround?
    m having troucle working it out
    becasue we could just replace it
    couldnt me
    maybe im being dumb could this work?

    lockout something.png if i remember correctly but the summerboard background is set to blank not to a black.png just some fyi.

    It's called "LockBackground.png" and I've changed mine. Just replace this png with a picture of your choice, and the background on the slide-to-unlock screen will be replaced by your new image. Note: If plugged in, you still get the battery image of course. You only see the lock Screen background when it isn't plugged in.

    I'm still looking for a way to change the home screen. In 1.1.2 with SB it was in the theme folder, but obviously that folder is no longer there as SB isn't installed on my iPot, and to my knowledge it doesn't work yet.

    can u tell a noob ipod user exactly how to fix this stupid summerboard not working issue in the noobiest way possible please
