Suggestions for In-Ear Headphones

    Suggestions for In-Ear Headphones

    Ive got a Ipod Touch and the headphones i got with them (other then being crap anyway) are starting to die (one ear is louder than the other)

    So I an going to be getting some new headphones within the week or so.

    Just wondering if any of you guys could suggest rearly good and nice in-ear headphones

    So far ive been looking at

    SENNHEISER CX500

    Agreed, if you don't tell us your budget and musical preferences, then I might as well recommend some $300+ IEMs ;)

    Almost indentical to the CX-300s in both looks and sounds, only half the price.

    if you're looking for sub-$100 true in-ear monitors

    i suggest looking at old shure's and etymotic's

    the old e(3,4) serie's from shure is a very good choice, considering that many people sell them used for like 50-100 bucks now, when they used to cost $300+ (check amazon)

    the etymotic er6i has long been called the best sub-$100 in-ear monitor ($60); it is very good with the proper tips (the phallic looking foam mushrooms) in terms of music reproduction, sub-par at bass though

    the sennheiser cx500 is not much different from the cx300 btw.

    The CX500's bass is at least more controlled than the CX300... Also, I can't exactly recommend ER6i's if you are looking for good deep bass..

    I will say Audio Technica CK7 will be my favor in-ear but it is only good at detail! If you're a bass head or something, I will suggest you to check the Panasonic RP-HJE900 which got good, deep, well-control good BASS!
