Theres an option inside settings and videos where you can choose wether you want subtitles or not.. Now, I asume this works for iTunes downloaded movies, but is there any whay I can use subtitles with movies that were already in my library? for instance srt subtitles or any other format.

    Thanks!

depends what format, when you get them off itunes, all the subtitle info is in the file, but when you ruip a dvd, it is lost, especially when you convert to bad Quality mp4. i would get a dvd ripper that allows subtitle rip straight to mp4.

Any suggestion of a DVD ripper? I already tried iPodME, developed by a user of this forum, but the subtitles option never worked for me (and tehre are a lot of other people with the same issue).

So do you know a soft out there that can encode the subtitles in the video? (and actually work
