hey there, i borrowed a stylus from a friend, why wont it work on the ipod touch?
LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...sorry...um the touch screen is meant for your finger not a point like ds...
well yea i know that, im just wondering whats different from your finger about it to where it wont work
electrostatic frrom your skin, doesnt work by touch on its own...
ipod touch/iphone is a heat sensitive touch screen.
the stylus only work on devices with a pressure touch screen
The ipod touch screen is heat activated. It will only work if something with heat is applied toit so if you put it in your pocket it will not move around and click stuff.
if you wrap a pencil in aluminum foil it will work just press hard enough with the flat surface. wrap the aluminum around the eraser part
It's possible. Only special stylus can do it.
Check this link.
no it's not heat activated. Search "touchscreen" on wikipedia. The touch and iPhone are capacitive touch screens and the DS and most cheap ones are resistive (you have to press in the screen on then because there is two layers of screen)
Stylus's do work on the iPod Touch but i think you need a specially made heat-sensitive one.
