I can not hide my videos icon or get rid of it, it doesn't show up in any programs I've tried. I've got 2.2.1 :-/

    any help?

It's together with the Music Player. If you want to get rid of the Videos Icon, you'd have to get rid of your Music icon, too.

I'm trying to hide my videos app, but I'm not able to. if i try to hide it in sbsettings it doesn't show up, it only goes away if i hide the music app as well. so is there any way to hide the videos app but keep the music app on the springboard?

    No. There is no way.
The only way to get rid of the Videos icon would be to download MobileMusicPlayer Flip in Cydia. But that would get rid of the Music icon, too. It would replace them both with the iPod icon, just like an iPhone. And there would be a Videos tab in it.

you could merge them together. I don't know if you can still download mobilemusicplayerflip or whatever off of cydia so you might have to do it manually.

Why would you want to do that? Just use Supreme Preferences— Double tap to hide.

It won't be hidden because both "apps" are the same thing.......
