I am so irritated by it.
Like I look at my screen and I see like 3, if not 4 white dots there and it looks like a dead pixel or something.

Does anyone know any way to get rid of it?
    Something that actually works?

I've been trying to get these off of mine, I got them from condensation, they're all gray. Whatever I try, nothing works. Any other methods?

by dead pixel, it means like white shiny kinda dot on black right?
cause mine you can't see it on white, only on a black screen.
it won't show if i off the power - it shows regular black not dead anything.

meh i have had one on my iphone (i think due to simply age of the phone) and it keeps coming and going in the same spot in different colors.. I found playing fast games like snail mail helps it and is more interesting than leaving it on a flashing light

anyways- we have no apple store here - i bought it at a electronic store, it comes with a one year warranty so i guess that's good.

when i bought it from the store i saw like 2 pixels that are not working.
on all 3 iPod touches I got right here there are like 2 noticeably dead pixels on each iPod.

my iPod right now is just brand new. so i don't understand it at all. LOL

another thing, when i first got my ipod the very 1st time. I saw the pixel and I brought it back to the store where I bought it. They told me that they can't see it and that I a so silly. I mean I know it's just a small dot, but damn how annoying it was for me to look at it. Anyways- At the end I said you know nevermind. I got so embarrased, because the fact that they tried to make me look like I am seeing things. They told me it was just the picture i had it on.

I know it isn't the picture cause I see it only on black.

@t.ara - yeh that is really bad of them to say that.. i personally no how irritating it is with only one pixel stuck.. o2 shops in england are the opposite to that.. they replace the whole phone if even the software is messed up on it
