    Hey...

I bought an ipod touch in october 2007... my ipods been awesome for an entire year..
Since the last week I've started to notice 3 stuck pixels on my screen.
I have about 20 days remaining on my warranty.

Q1. Can I get away with a replacement at the apple store with these stuck pixels?
Q2. Do you think they'll replace my ipod with a new one if I delete everything on the ipod's partitions?

My device is jailbroken 2.0.... i'll be sure to reformat it...

I have had mixed experience with stuck/dead pixels with apple. Generally they have a rule they will only replace the product if there are many dead pixels and all concentrated in the center of the screen. If you just have 1 or 2 off to the sides, they will not..

Its really subjective though and you should at least try. But don't get irate at the Genuis employees if they say no.

It all depends on who you're speaking with.
