So.. my iPod is on 3.1.2 tethered, and JB'd. I just installed 5 icon dock, and so mobile substrate came too. It is respringing and has been for almost 15 mins. iTunes recognizes it, and I can sync it, but the thing won't come up... and it is stuck in cydia on respring wheel.

I finally got it to force off, I held it for 3 minutes. I am waiting for it to boot into recovery mode, so I can BlackRa1n it together again.

It booted into normal mode with everything on it. Normal? Anyway, mods can delete thread because it works now.

    Try a hard reset.

    If that doesn't work:

    1. Since you can still be recognized by the computer, delete the DYLIB from /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries using iFunBox or something.
    2.Reboot.

    If that doesn't work:

    1.Close iTunes (recommended)
2.Boot into DFU (you should know the instructions...)
3.Do a hard reset from there.

    edit: You fixed it!!!
