Ok, my problem is that itunes isn't recognizing my Ipod.

Yes, I already tried unplugging it for 10 seconds. That didn't work.

Wait for your iPod to reconnect (it should disappear in iTunes, then reappear in a couple seconds).
    Run the following:

    Code:

    iRecovery -f iBoot221.img3
    iRecovery -s
    go
    /exit

Hey man I had the same problem, where it wouldn't recognize.
What you do, is attempt to go into DFU mode, and as soon as the "USB Device Not Recognized" error box goes away, you let go of the power button but keep holding the home button, but not for 5 seconds, do it for 10+ instead. This works for me, cause if i only hold it for 5 it'll tell me unrecognized again.
Let me know if this works please, cause it worked for me.

Ok, I did the DFU mode then itunes recognized it. But now when I type in "iRecovery -s" into the command prompt it says "got USB No iPhone/iPod found". I tried unplugging it, then plugging it back in, and it's already in dfu mode sooooo.... idk wut to do.

You unplugged it and plugged it back in? and it works? as in it doesn't say that its unrecognized? that is very good, it means you're in DFU mode, and you can try the command again and it should work. if not, restart CMD and then try the command again.

Nathan, there's no need to go around posting useless commentary such as that. He asked for help, and so that is what we are to provide. Not useless insults that mean nothing over the internet.

I restarted it and the cmd still won't recognize when I type in the second command. Even iTunes recognizes it.
