Maybe you should get a new charger?

did you check the various solutions to the "help, i'm stuck on my boot logo" threads? the last 2 times i got stuck on the boot logo i had to end up doing a restore because i could not find any other solutions... so the solution is really the worst option, wich is to restore.

yeah i know, i might end up having to restore.
so i let my ipod run out of all its batteries and plugged it in with another cable this morning, it showed the red battery then immediately the boot screen. now its doing the same thing as yesterday. do i have to restore or is there another option? oh and by the way SSH works, if that helps
