Stuck in restore mode

    well i have a 16gb ipod touch (bricked) and it thinks is an iphone

    so i tried ibrickr and didn't work! so it just keeps saying no service plug it into itunes says invalid sim card

    and i'm stuck by the way restore mode doesnt work it won't let me restore it to any firmware! tried all!

    yeah i did the strangest thing i ever saw my ipod do! i'm thinking about sneaking into bestbuy and getting on one of there macs

    restore and rejailbreak via ziphone or a different method, sounds like u did a iphone firmware or possible a .plist edit, the N4 or M6 w/e its called

    hi try this:
    Plug in iPod (it is most likely in recovery mode right now, it doesn't matter if it is or isn't).
    Watch your iPod in the side bar and hold Home and Sleep.
    AS SOON as your iPod disapears from the iTunes Sidebar, release sleep button (power button) and keep holding home button UNTIL it reappears in iTunes.
    Now click "restore" and select the firmware you downloaded.
    It will work.

    um ok its NOT bricked it happened to me it wouldnt restore just try and try and try and reboot your computer it helps
