When I turn off my Ipod It reboots in restore mode rather than normal mode..... i use ibriker to get it back to springboard but every time I open an App it closes immediately even music.... all this happend when i downgraded my 1.1.4 to 1.1.1 using autodown... If another someone can help me with a solution or tell me how to get it fixed through apple that will help Thanks.

maybe using ziphone and putting it into DFU mode...and restoring to 1.1.4... try that and if it gets fixed then it might be your copy of 1.1.1 im not sure but try it
