How did I resolve the problem?

    1) Uninstall WiFi sync
    2) Restart iTunes
    3) Add saurik's server into /etc/hosts
    4) SHIFT+Click and choose 4.0 firmware (I have my SHSH blobs saved)
    5) Happy.

    1. uninstall wifi sync
    2. uninstall itunes 9.2 and install itunes 8.2.0
    3. download 3.1.2 from felix bruns site
    http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/
    4. change the sync cable
    5. run iREB 3.1.2 while in DFU mode

after putting it in DFU mode with iREB, keep it in DFU mode and go to itunes and hit shift+restore to 3.1.2

and voila, no jamming, no error codes

First, I dont have 3.1.2's SHSH blobs, only 4.0 blobs.
And I'm on iTunes 10. Does it work if I restore 4.0 with iTunes 8.2?
